Show
Me Who You Are
What is it about us that makes us
wander all over the world looking for what’s so often right under
our noses? Does our self-esteem require us to make grandiose
gestures, superlative plans or a great show of ourselves in our
efforts to contact the Divine?
He doesn’t care about any of
this. “What’s this all about?” He asks. “Why are they doing
this? I didn’t ask for a grand design. Just show me your Heart,
your Soul, your Self in all that you do and I will be satisfied.
I don’t need you in Tibet or
on top of Mount Everest. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt!
What can you show me about you? What can you say, do, conceive or
create that I would truly be amazed by? After all I am the Creator.
I created you and imbued you with My greatest gift – the ability to
create anew, yourself and the whole world if you choose.
I don’t need you on a
pilgrimage. I need you at home where you belong, where you can
express that ideal that you already are. I want to see your version
of the concept I had in mind when I first thought you up. That’s
what I want. Show me your true Self and I will surely be impressed.
Are you with Me so far? Okay
then, get on with it. I’ll look for you among the stars. Love,
Dad.”
